Throughout 2007 staff achieved or surpassed the standard in updating contact information for Agency staff on our public website.

We met or surpassed our standard for timely disclosure and transparency in posting the highlights of Agency board meetings on our website, except after the last board meeting of the year. The holiday season posed a challenge, but we intend to do better in 2008.

During 2007 we realized that we could not realistically meet the requirement to update and translate Agency by-laws and policies for posting on our website within two weeks of their approval. As a result, the Board changed the standard to give us four weeks after approval to post by-laws and policies. In spite of this change, we missed the standard following the December board meeting, owing to the holiday period. We intend to do better in 2008.

All housing co-ops whose relationship manager changed were sent a letter formally notifying them of the change.

Since September 2007 we have met this standard through a manual process of uploading reports to the client website. Over time, we will program our information system to make these reports immediately available to co-ops on the Agency's client website. We are already doing this with the co-op data report.

Although we did not have a tracking system to measure our performance, we are confident that we kept our stakeholders informed of staff changes that affected them.

Service-partner organizations joined Agency staff in semi-annual teleconferences about new Agency processes and reports. We also informed them of updates to Agency policies that could affect them.
