Self-Assessment Federation Support Page

This page is designed to support Federations in their role as managers of the Self-Assessment and providers of first-level support to participating co-operatives. It brings together key resources, step-by-step How-To documents, and guidance to help you respond to common questions, support users through the assessment process, and resolve issues efficiently. Information on escalation and who to contact for additional support is also included.

Support Model

Day-to-day questions and support requests related to the Self-Assessment should be directed to the Federation, which provides first-level support as the Self-Assessment Manager. If an issue cannot be resolved at the Federation level, the Self-Assessment Manager will escalate the request by submitting a support email to the Agency’s support team for further assistance.
