Have Your Say About the Agency’s Service

Calling all Agency clients! This is your opportunity to tell us where we need to do better — but there’s only one week left.

For the first time the Agency is reaching out to both boards and managers for answers to questions we ask every three years about client service. Great service is important to both co-ops and the Agency. With that in mind, we are inviting our co-op clients to share their thoughts by completing our Client Satisfaction Survey.

Don’t miss this chance to make your voice heard about your experience with us. Forum, the independent company running the survey, will report on the combined results, but keeps the details of who said what confidential.
