The Agency’s Annual Report describes 2024 as a dynamic year—a year when many things came together— a year of solid progress. This was our story in 2024.
We love to hear comments from co-op clients about the tools we built to support their administration of the Rental Assistance Program and we’ve shared some in the report.
As a management staff member put it, “I am always glad to process members’ Assisted Housing Charge reports [using the Online Calculator], because I know it’s in the portal, accurate, and I am able to produce a printed copy for my files.”

Our Annual Report talks about the work we actually do—Hint: More than just collecting your Annual Information Returns—how we do it, and what we want to do in future.
You’ll be introduced to some of the faces you usually email or speak to on the phone, as well as the people in our back office who make sure that your documents are correct, secure and available online whenever you need them.
Looking ahead, the report presents our pilot project with the Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto. Together, we’re extending our Annual Health Check service to a first-ever group of Ontario provincial program co-ops. We’re in talks with other entities on what real business intelligence can do for other housing co-operatives that don’t benefit from the added analysis and comparative metrics. The evidence is there; we know that our methods can make a difference for thriving and sustainable co-operatives.
