Support Model
Day-to-day questions and support requests related to the Self-Assessment should be directed to the Federation, which provides first-level support as the Self-Assessment Manager. If an issue cannot be resolved at the Federation level, the Self-Assessment Manager will escalate the request by submitting a support email to the Agency’s support team for further assistance.
