Donna Charbonneau, Retiring Director, Operations
Donna Charbonneau has been many things and seen many places during her years in the co-operative housing movement. She began in 1993 as the co-ordinator of Newmarket Housing Co-operative, moving within a few years to Rainbow Circle, and then to Ramer’s Wood in Markham. The grassroots experience of
New Leader for the Agency
Alexandra Wilson, the Agency’s founding Chief Executive Officer, will retire at the end of March. She ends a 47-year career in the co-operative housing movement, including 16 years leading the Agency.

Half the Agency's clients have member arrears and bad debts below $44 a unit, and half above. In 2007, the midpoint was $86. Great news in a challenging year.
